GAA-SPORTSCARDS guarantees the refund of any returned items (except collector's cards) provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when received by the purchaser. This means that items must have original labels and not be damaged, stained, washed, deformed etc.


In order to benefit from the refund:
The buyer must return by following the procedure provided below and accessible on the Site.
The Customer must, at the latest within 15 calendar days following the dispatch of his Order, go in the history of his orders, check the items to be returned and click on the tab "generate return".
Following the registration of the request, the buyer will receive by mail the necessary information in order to make his return.
